The memories of your summer holiday have started to fade along with your hope of seeing any more good weather for the year. It may sound depressing but once September hits it’s not long before the raincoat comes out and the central heating goes on. It’s quite common to feel a bit low this time of year. From September onwards the shops are quickly filled with Christmas decorations and fancy clothes for three months solid. You can hardly be surprised if you start to feel a little bit sorry for yourself. You might not even notice it’s happening. One morning you’re waking up with the sun streaming through your windows and the next you’re driving to work with your headlights on and the wipers going full speed.
Exercise is the best way to keep your mind in a positive mood. The important thing is to make sure it’s something you enjoy doing. Find something that suites your lifestyle and your goals. Vibration fitness could be the perfect solution for you. With over a hundred vibrations every second these plates are great for keeping you in shape. Each vibration will make your muscles contract which in turn will cause them to strengthen and tone. The vibrating plate has been used by Russian astronauts to strengthen muscles after they were subjected to zero gravity. It’s also very popular with ballerinas to help the muscles heal after they’ve been damaged.
As well as investing in some sensible exercise equipment it’s also important you eat healthily as well. The summer months provide us with no end of exciting and tasty fruits which seem to fade with the weather but you still need to eat healthily. Sugars maybe easier to find but they’ll leave you feeling low. Experiment with some warm soap made with seasonal vegetables to keep you warm and healthy.

Is there a single clinical depression cause? I doubt it. Biological and environmental factors contribute to the development of depression. We live in an age of uncontrollability and helplessness. Depression seems to be the emotion that comes in the wake of helplessness, individual failure, and unrealized attempts to gain power. Compared to the time when our grandparents were young, depression is ten times higher today, and the rate is still on the rise. People with depression are much younger, reaching into late childhood and early adolescence.
Clinical depression cause: Medical conditions
- Low thyroid function (up to 60 % of people with low thyroid function have depression)
- Brain injuries and diseases (e.g. stroke, heart disease, head injury, epilepsy, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s Disease)
- Some forms of cancer
- Hormone imbalance in women and men
- Infectious diseases
- Eating disorders
- Blood vessel disease in the brain due to diabetes and/or hypertension
- Some steroid and hormonal treatments
- Anaemia
- Chronic pain
- Quitting smoking.
Clinical depression cause: Personality traits that put you at high risk
- always worrying
- perfectionists
- sensitive to personal criticism
- unassertive
- self-critical and negative
- shy, socially anxious and have low self-esteem
A sedentary lifestyle can also contribute to feelings of anxiety and depression. Regular exercise is a simple beneficial thing you can do to reduce stress as well as anxiety and depression.
It doesn’t even have to be overly strenuous. Walking is an excellent and very relaxing form of exercise. Tai Chi or Chi Gong are some other options if you don’t want to go to a gym and get sweaty. Some form of exercise three to five times a week will make a difference.
Are you now convinced that there is not only one clinical depression cause alone but many? To be depressed, you needn’t to have all symptoms. However, the more symptoms you have, and the more intense each is, the more sure you can be that you have got depression

And I am set off when I am not able to make people happy. I have been told my personality is that I connect to how someone is feeling and feed off of it until i feel the same way.. I create bonds with people I love and when something happens I get upset… but I get all the symptoms of Anxiety Attacks… and I get them bad… please help.
